8. agorahobby.com Has the Right to Void / Amend any order.

We reserve the right to void an order. Possible reasons for our actions are:

For orders paid through Paypal, we will run checks to ensure that they are legitimate. We may void an order and return the Paypal funds if we suspect a case of unauthorized use.

There may be instances of wrong pricing due to human error during data entry.

Secondly, there may be instances of severe fluctuations in the market price of collectible cards, which require time for us to make changes.

Therefore we reserve the right to remove/amend any item from an order. Alternatively, we may counter propose a revised price for your consideration.

We may cancel/amend an order without notice if payment is not received within 30 days of the order being made.

Fraud or Unauthorised Transaction.
Error in Pricing.
Non-Payment.

An order is binding upon it being shipped.

When a customer places an order, it is merely an offer to agorahobby.com. It does not equate to a contract. agorahobby.com may choose to refuse the order, based on lack of inventory, pricing errors, or for other reasons.

The contract is established once all these events occur:

Buyer places an order.
The order is paid for by the buyer through one of the payment options and received by agorahobby.com.
The order is shipped by agorahobby.com and a notification email is sent.

Return Policy

Here at Agorahobby.com, we strive to make your shopping experience the best it can be. However, we do realize that some of our customers may occasionally wish to return merchandise for a refund. The following explains our refund and return polices for the various merchandise and services that we offer:

SINGLES

Due to the contant changes of price in the singles market, we do not accept returns on single cards. All orders are double-checked before being shipped out, however if there are any mistakes regarding an order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

SEALED PRODUCTS & APPAREL ITEMS

If you would like to return any factory-sealed merchandise that we have sent you, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Once you are given approval for the return, simply return the merchandise to us in the same condition it was sent in, and we will refund your purchase price, minus the shipping charges. If the return is a mistake on our end, we will do a full refund including shipping charges associated with the transaction. However, if a factory-sealed item was sent to you and you opened the item, we will not accept for return. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
